Essentially a F800 with reprogrammed ECU (lower 71 HP vs 85HP for F800GS) with lower softer specs suspensions and brakes and most important for short arse people like me .. 820-765 mm seat height
hate the color scheme... F800GS ish scheme would be nice (see below)
Suspect the lower badging/softer image is for cheaper insurance rating
Price should be attractive to entice newbies

Well, since you started it:
Malaysia..? Nope. Africa. But looks kinda similar, eh?

I think few bikes have been as anticipated--worldwide--as this one. Unfortunately, the bike's March 08 release has been postponed in a number of places (the U.S. is one). Not sure about Malaysia...
There are already a bunch of sites for it. Check out: www.f800riders.org
Will be watching this one. Definitely. Time to start saving the ringgit.

I would love the F650GS ergos
Being a short ass (or arse) person, riding the GS with boots firmly planted on the tarmac is a ... dream ... F650GS if can be uncorked for F800 HP would be dang ideal |
