hey kenny ... didnt know that you are into these kinda stuffs ... i mean waterfalls n jungle trekking.
I used to hunt for waterfalls all over malaysia with my 4x4 years ago before i start landing my butts and wrapping my legs on my two wheels. There are plenty of em actually ... along the main range both on the eastern ridge and western ridge of the Malaysian 'backbone'.
BTW i have been to that chilling falls before the new dam and highway was constructed at Kuala Kubu Bharu bro ... tell u what .. mebe we can organise a day trip or an overnite trip to one of these destinations if u are really into it. But do get ready with tents and some basic camping equipments in case if the place we are heading does not offer any sort of accomodation.
There's a place at ulu dong in Raub .. they have chalets and the rapid/river is right in front of your door .... but i would recommend u to go there during the fruit season ... and we can even order/cater fresh water ikan kelah bakar for our main meals specially prepared by the locals (i know 1 who is a biker too) ... wanna givit ashot? .. we wil sit down and talk about it when we met again in our next ride ... unta is gonna luv this, i know.

we do have adventure in our blood beside that affinity for motobiking..
afterall, our group name says all ..
yeah, I would like to trek into Chilling falls one of these days
the pics posted are dang enticing
maybe a day trip would do as it is not that far
Our last Raub trip hunting down a creek or lata was some time ago .. see posting below
